From idea to a product that works and grows.
We build web applications, integrate data and keep systems running in production. We take a project from the first conversation to launch, and when a product already exists, we get it ready to handle growth.
I have an idea
We'll check whether it holds up, build the first version and launch it with real users.
See how it works → Path BI have a product that can't keep up
Built in a hurry, without an IT team, or abandoned halfway. We'll find what puts it at risk today and what will block growth.
See how it works →What we do
We join at any point along the way
Both paths end the same way: a product that works, and ongoing care that keeps it working.
I have an idea
For founders who know what they want to build but don't have a technical team.
- DiscoveryWe check the data, the competition and the running costs. The outcome: it can be done, it can't, or it can be done differently.
- First versionA working product in the hands of real users, without building for needs that don't exist yet.
- LaunchServers, security, payments and GDPR compliance.
- CareMaintenance, development and scaling as your user base grows.
I have a product
For companies whose product was built without IT expertise, on a no-code platform, with AI tools, or only partly finished.
- AuditA report you can read without a technical background: what puts you at risk today, what will block growth and what to fix first.
- RepairSecurity and data first. Then a gradual replacement of parts, with no downtime for users.
- ScalingPerformance, architecture and integrations that let you grow.
- CareMaintenance, development and on-call support. We stay with the product.
You've built something people use, and that's the hardest part. We only suggest a rewrite from scratch when we can show it will cost less than fixing what's there.
How we work
We check first, then we build
Evidence before code
Before the first line is written, we check what the idea rests on: data, market, cost. Most projects fail on questions asked too late.
Price agreed up front
We price stages, not hours. You know what the next step costs before we start it.
The code is yours
Code, servers and data belong to you, with documentation. You can walk away at any time and take everything with you.
No middlemen
You talk to the person who designs and builds. Confidentiality applies from the first conversation.
- Data integration
- Web applications
- Databases
- Infrastructure and security
- Websites
- Payments and GDPR compliance
Partnership
We co-build selected projects for equity
When an idea is exceptionally strong and the founder can't fund all of it, we join as a partner. We combine fees with equity, or work for equity alone.
- Equity in stagesWe earn it for delivered milestones, not up front.
- Terms in writing from day oneCompany structure, split and exit terms agreed before work begins.
- Limited placesEach such project is our time and our risk, so we only run a few at once.
- We know the founder's sideWe build our own projects with our own money. We know every decision from that side of the table.
Responsibility
Medieva and our principles
Information about access to healthcare should be easy to find and free. That's why Medieva, a service showing waiting times for publicly funded treatment in Poland, is our social project, funded from the company's revenue.
We apply the same principles to every project.
- Medieva stays freeNo ads, no paid tier and no selling of user data.
- AccessibilityWe design to WCAG so that people with disabilities can use our services too.
- Open sourcesWe state where our data comes from and how we process it.
- Privacy by designWe collect only what's necessary. This site uses no cookies and no analytics.
Questions
Before you write
Answers to the questions we hear most often at the start of a conversation.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is priced individually, because the scope of an idea or the state of an existing product varies a lot. It starts with discovery or an audit, and you know its price before we begin. Each following stage is priced separately, based on what we've learned.
The first conversation is free.
How long does it take to build the first version?
It depends on scope, which is why the first version should be small: just enough to test the idea with real users. You get a schedule together with the quote for each stage.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code goes into your repository, servers and service accounts are set up in your name, and documentation is part of every stage. If you decide to change providers, you take everything with you.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. If you like, we sign it before discussing the details of your idea. We treat project information as confidential even if we don't end up working together.
My product was built on a no-code platform, with AI tools or by a freelancer. Can you take it over?
Yes, that's one of the two paths we offer. We start with an audit: security, data, performance and how the code is built. Only then do we know what to fix first and how long it will take.
Will everything need to be rewritten?
Rarely. We usually replace parts of the product gradually, so users don't notice any interruption. We only suggest a rewrite when we can show it will be cheaper and safer than a repair.
How does an equity partnership work?
We join selected projects as a partner: for equity, or for a mix of fees and equity. We take equity in stages, for delivered milestones, and agree the terms in writing, including company structure and exit terms, before work begins. We only run a few such projects at once.
What happens after launch?
We stay with the product under a care agreement: updates, backups, monitoring, fixes and further development. The scope is set in the contract and can change as the product grows.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We work remotely and correspond in English or Polish. Contracts are governed by Polish law unless agreed otherwise.
